Also Wifi, is subject to repairs by our local providers, therefore we do not guarantee Wifi will be completely continuous. It is DSL so it does occasion have interruptions in service. Members and their guests can expect to routinely catch rainbow, brown, and brook trout - one of the few fisheries where these three species live alongside one another. We also stock the occasional tiger trout - just to keep it interesting! In the colder months, streamers and nymphing are the game. Once the temperature starts to rise, the hatches here are unlike anywhere else in New Jersey. The property is quiet and secluded, yet still very accessible to the city, 75 minutes to the Holland tunnel and 60 minutes from Philadelphia. You'll feel far away, but still make an easy trip into the city whenever you like. This wood-filled post and beam home is spacious, with luxurious appliances, amenities and furnishings. Welcome to our lovingly restored historic home. This was our weekend home before we moved out of New York City full time. We are passionate about natural health and wellness and strive to create an environment that is free from harmful toxins. We proudly use therapeutic grade essential oils, diffusers and plant-based products from Young Living throughout the house and are excited to give our guests a relaxing and memorable experience. We are located in the town of Sergeantsville just a few doors down from the Sergeantsville Inn and General Store and a 15-minute drive to New Hope/Lambertville. The lovingly restored farmhouse has wide pine floors and a walk-in fireplace with a pellet stove. A keeping room, parlour room, kitchen and full bath round out the first floor. Because this is a historic home, with original wood floors and pie stairs, we ask that guests remove their shoes upon entering the house. The pie stairs to the second floor (bedrooms) are best navigated in bare feet or indoor slippers (the painted stairs can be slippery in socks). There is no handrail (hasn't been one for 200 years!) and you must be careful to walk on the inside of the stairs against the wall. If you have young children, or have difficulty with balance or climbing stairs, our home is probably not for you. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed) and a bathroom. You will have access to all parts of the home except the attic and the basement (no reason you'd need access to those areas) Otherwise the entire property is yours. My wife and I are available at any time by phone, text or email during your stay. We live 15 minutes away from the property.

The property’s main house is a four bedroom, colonial Bank style home dating to 1807, that boasts a wrap around, columned porch with comfortable seating for 16. Recently exposed exterior original stonework anchors an alfresco dining area for six under a charming pergola. There is a large, three bedroom guest cottage with two full baths, a family room, a full kitchen, sleep in den and laundry room. The centerpiece of the property’s summer entertainment is the pool house, the original stone building on the property which overlooks the lap pool. The downstairs section of the pool house has been restored to its original “speakeasy” format complete with custom bar, kitchenette, and half bath. The striking, nautical themed rooftop lounge area was designed in the mid 1990’s by the curator for the museum of modern art in New York. The long, stone-wall lined private driveway leads you into this dream property with ancient trees, a trout-stocked pond frequented by blue heron and ducks, a babbling brook and a foot bridge over a waterfall and another bridge leading to the tent location. Brookmill Farm was once home to the theater-owning Fox family of Philadelphia, who used the property as their playground in the country. Another noteworthy resident was Brian Garfield, author of “Deathwish”, which later became a movie starring Charles Bronson.
